This privacy policy governs your use of the software application CheatDroid ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by FLX Apps. Third Party Services We do not collect and store data on our servers. However, this Application uses third party services in order to improve the Application and personalize advertising. Precisely, those services are: * Google Firebase (Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crash Reporting) * If you are NOT using CheatDroid Pro: Appodeal SDK (Ad mediation platform for the following ad networks: AdMob, Amazon Ads, AppLovin, Chartboost, MoPub, UnityAds, Mail.ru, InMobi, AdColony, Vungle, StartApp, Yandex, LiveRail, Avocarrot, Flurry, PubNative, Tapjoy, CheetahMobile, RevMob, Inneractive, MyTarget). Please refer to their privacy policies respectively for further information. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We may disclose information: * as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; * when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; * with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement. Collected Information Information is collected in order to provide better services to all users, particularly things like collecting debug information in case the app crashes unexpectedly and which ads you find most useful. The Application may collect certain information automatically, but not limited to: * Log information. In case of app malfunction, information such as debug messages and error logs may be collected. * Device Information. Our partners may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information). * Location information. When you use CheatDroid, third party services may collect and process information about your coarse location (so not by GPS but rather by cell tower). * Cookies and other identifiers. Our partners may use cookies and other identifiers (such as your device ID). With cookies and other identifiers our partners can provide a better user experience. You may delete the cookies from your device after using CheatDroid. * Local storage. Information may be stored locally on your device. Your Consent By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. Opt-out You can opt-in respectively opt-out from Firebase Analytics by clicking on the "Opt-in" respectively "Opt-out" button inside the Application's data privacy dialog. Firebase Crash Reporting will always be activated in order to keep us informed about any troubles appearing in the Application (and because the Firebase SDK unfortunately does not allow to disable it). In order to stop all collection of information by the Application, you can either disable the internet connection while using the Application or easily uninstall the Application using the standard uninstall processes as available as part of your device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
